The trail map
Signed up at lunch.
Booked by dinner.
No sales call, no onboarding program, no training videos. Here is the entire distance between where you are now and taking your first online booking — about an hour of honest setup, most of it typing in things you already know.
- 01
List your sites · ≈ 15 minutes
Tell Bunkpost what you've got.
Add each site — RV pads, tent sites, cabins, glamping — with its hookups, capacity, and a photo if you have one. Ten sites takes about ten minutes; the app walks you through it. No importer, no spreadsheet template, no sales call.
- 02
Set your rules · ≈ 20 minutes
Rates, taxes, and policies — once.
Define your seasons and nightly rates, add your lodging and sales taxes, and write your deposit and cancellation policy in plain English. From then on, every quote, every checkout total, and every refund follows your rules without you touching a calculator.
- 03
Connect payments · ≈ 15 minutes
Stripe onboarding, guided the whole way.
From Settings → Payments, Stripe walks you through verifying your business and linking your bank account — the same process as signing up for any card reader. No API keys, no webhooks, no developer. Once you're verified, payouts land in your bank daily, automatically.
- 04
Share your link · ≈ 5 minutes
Put your booking link everywhere.
You get one link — bunkpost.com/book/your-park. Add it to your Google Business listing, your Facebook page, your website if you have one (you don't need one), and your voicemail greeting. That's your whole online booking system.
- 05
Take bookings · Ongoing — that's the point
Then it runs without you.
Guests pick dates, pick a site, and pay. They get a confirmation email immediately and a reminder before arrival. You see everything on one calendar, the money shows up in your bank, and the phone rings less.
After setup
A booking, start to finish, without you.
A guest finds your link at 9pm, books three nights on Riverbend 12, and pays by card. The confirmation email is sent, the calendar blocks those nights everywhere, and the payout is on its way to your bank. You find out over coffee.

Where the money goes
Three stops. None of them are us.
Guest's card → Stripe Connect → your bank, with payouts issued daily. Bunkpost never holds your money and never takes a cut of it — we charge the flat monthly price and that's the end of our involvement with your revenue.
Before you start
“Yeah, but my park…”
Fair questions from real parks, answered straight.
- I already have bookings for this summer. What happens to them?
- You enter them by hand, the same way you'd record a phone booking — pick the site, the dates, the guest's name. It's honest work for an hour with your reservation book open, and when you're done, the calendar protects those stays like any other: nothing can double-book over them.
- Most of my bookings are still phone calls and walk-ins.
- That's fine — Bunkpost isn't online-only. Phone and walk-in bookings go into the same calendar, so your online availability is always accurate. Many parks keep taking phone bookings forever; the difference is the 9pm "do you have anything Saturday?" calls answer themselves.
- I don't have a website.
- You don't need one. Your booking page is a complete, standalone page with your park's name on it. A Google Business listing plus your Bunkpost link is a working online presence for a campground.
- What about my seasonal regulars?
- Book them yourself, directly on the calendar — no need to make Marge from site 14 learn a new ritual. Regulars keep their sites; the software just remembers so you don't have to.
- What equipment do I need?
- Whatever you already own. Bunkpost runs in a web browser on your phone, tablet, or the office computer. There's no terminal to buy and nothing to install.
- What if it's not for me?
- Your first 30 days are free with no card required, so run it alongside the binder. If it doesn't earn its keep, export your reservations to CSV and walk away — your data leaves with you.

The first step takes two minutes.
Create your account, add one site, and see your booking page live. The other four steps will still be there after lunch.
