Fair questions
The fine print, out loud.
- Are there really no per-booking fees?
- Really. Bunkpost charges the flat monthly price and nothing else. The only per-transaction cost is Stripe's standard card processing fee, which goes to Stripe — the same fee you'd pay running your own card reader.
- What does the guest pay?
- Exactly the price you set: your nightly rate plus your taxes. Bunkpost adds no service fee, booking fee, or "platform fee" on top.
- What happens after the free month?
- If Bunkpost is earning its keep, you add a card and carry on. If not, export your reservations to CSV and walk away — no contract, no cancellation call, no hard feelings.
- Do you take a cut of my revenue?
- No. Bunkpost charges the flat monthly price, full stop. Guest payments are processed through Stripe Connect and paid out to your bank daily — the only per-transaction cost is Stripe's processing fee.
- What if I run more than one park?
- Each property gets its own booking page, calendar, and Stripe connection, priced per park. Running several? Get in touch — we'll sort something fair.
