These terms govern your use of bunkpost.com (the “Site”), operated by Bunkpost Booking Technologies, a division of Frog Byte, LLC (“Bunkpost,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site, you agree to them. They cover the marketing website only — use of the Bunkpost application is governed by a separate customer agreement presented at signup.
Use of the Site
The Site and the Bunkpost service are operated from the United States and offered for use by businesses located in the United States; we make no representation that they are appropriate or available elsewhere.
You may use the Site for its intended purpose: learning about Bunkpost, reading our content, and contacting us. You agree not to misuse the Site — including attempting to breach its security, scraping it at disruptive volume, submitting malicious content through forms, or impersonating someone else.
Content and intellectual property
The Site and its content — text, design, graphics, and logos — belong to us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may link to and quote our content with attribution; you may not republish substantial portions of it commercially without permission. Third-party names and trademarks mentioned on the Site (including in comparison content) belong to their respective owners; mentioning them does not imply affiliation or endorsement.
Informational content, not advice
Articles and guides on the Site (including Field Notes) are general information for campground operators, not legal, tax, accounting, or professional advice. Comparison content reflects publicly available information at the time of writing and may become outdated; verify details that matter to your decision.
No warranties
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” We work to keep it accurate and online, but we make no warranties, express or implied, about its availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bunkpost Booking Technologies, a division of Frog Byte, LLCwill not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Third-party links
The Site links to third-party websites and services we don't control. We're not responsible for their content or practices.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted here with its effective date, and continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maine, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maine.
